These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the website www.haciendabeach.com, operated by Janssen Estepona Servicios SL, as well as the holiday apartment rental services offered in Estepona, Costa del Sol, Spain.
By accessing the website and/or making a booking, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.
The website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to interruptions for maintenance or updates. Janssen Estepona Servicios SL shall not be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the website.
All bookings made through the website are subject to apartment availability. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the options available on the website.

View cancellation policy →Guests agree to use the apartment in accordance with good neighbourly conduct, not to exceed the stated maximum occupancy, and to return the property in the same condition as found. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Pets are only permitted with prior written consent.
Janssen Estepona Servicios SL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the rented accommodation, except as expressly provided for by applicable law.
Data collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation. It is used solely for booking management purposes and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts of Estepona, Spain, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
