A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking, payable by bank transfer. The remaining balance is due on arrival and can be settled by credit card or cash, provided the total rental amount does not exceed €1,000.
Your reservation is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
An administration fee of €50 + VAT applies to all cancellations.
No administration fee will be charged in cases of force majeure.

Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
If you need to arrange different times, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Pets are not permitted as a general rule. Some apartments may accept pets subject to prior authorisation — please enquire at the time of booking. An additional cleaning fee of between €30 and €50 may apply in authorised cases.
Should any issue arise during your stay, please report it to us promptly and we will attend to it as quickly as possible. Our maintenance team is available seven days a week.
Capacity: Each apartment has a maximum occupancy that must be respected at all times. Travel cots are available free of charge for young children. Additional beds are not permitted under any circumstances.
Community rules: Hacienda Beach is a private residential complex. Guests are asked to respect the cohabitation rules, a copy of which is available in your apartment.
All linen is provided, including bed sheets, towels, bath mats and kitchen towels. For linen changes, please refer to the section below.
A full clean and linen change is included for stays of more than 10 nights. Additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged on request — please ask us for current rates.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. During July and August, a minimum of 7 nights applies. If you are looking for a shorter stay outside peak season, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
