A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. You have 10 days after receiving the contract to make this payment by bank transfer or through our bank’s 100% secure payment gateway.
The balance can be paid before your arrival or on the day of check-in, depending on the conditions stated in your contract. We usually accept payment by bank card or, in some cases, cash. Cash payments are only possible if the total booking amount is less than one thousand euros (Spanish legislation). This specific case does not apply to our guests coming from the Maghreb.
Yes, bed linen and household linen are provided (sheets, towels and kitchen linen) according to the number of guests booked. For stays of more than 10 nights, a weekly change is included.

No. Utilities (water and electricity), final cleaning and linen are included in the final price shown.
Yes, a security deposit may be required depending on the apartment. It will be returned to you at departure if no damage is found.
