Please take a moment to read through the following rules, which apply to all residents and guests throughout the complex.

Rubbish disposal: Please take your rubbish in securely tied bags directly to the bins located outside the complex. Do not leave bags in the communal corridors or in the garden waste bins.

Pets: Dogs and cats must remain with their owners at all times and be kept on a lead within the complex. Please take pets outside the complex for their needs — fouling the communal lawns is not acceptable. Outside the complex, picking up after your pet is a legal requirement enforced by Estepona Town Hall.

Noise levels: Please keep music, voices and all other noise at a considerate level at all times, including around the pool bar. Respect for fellow guests and residents is appreciated.

Drying laundry: Towels, swimwear and laundry must not be hung on terrace railings or balustrades where they are visible from outside. Please use the interior of your terrace or patio. Clotheslines in the gardens or communal areas are not permitted.

Pool inflatables: Air mattresses and inflatable toys are not permitted in the pools, with the exception of safety floats for young children.

Communal gardens: The gardens are shared spaces for everyone to enjoy. Large items such as paddling pools, inflatable toys or children's play equipment left in the gardens obstruct access and hinder maintenance work. Please use the designated storage areas in the basement of the complex.

Barbecues: Barbecues and outdoor cooking are not permitted in the gardens or communal areas. Our poolside bar and restaurant is available throughout the season for all your food and drink needs.

Ball games: Ball games are not permitted in the garden area near the beach, in order to protect the CCTV equipment and the surrounding landscaping. The beach directly in front of the complex is an ideal space for any sport or outdoor activity.
