The prices quoted are for the property NOT per person. Our prices are net: linen, towels, water, electricity, a/c, heating, weekly maid service, local taxes, VAT, etc.
At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 20% of the total cost of the property within a week of the date of our rental agreement.
We accept all major cards except American Express and Dinners Club. All card transaction are billed in Euros and converted to your local currency by the card issuer at their prevailing rate. Please note that there is a 1,10 % transaction charge on all credit card payments. We do not accept personal cheque
Your apartment will be available after 3 PM on day of arrival and must be left before 11 AM on your departure date. The maid service need this time to prepare the accommodation for the next guests incoming guests. Can be flexible under certain conditions, feel free to contact-us regarding this.
If you are staying for up to 10 nights the maid service will be on day of departure only. All the apartments have washing machines or, should you wish, additional cleaning and (or) laundry, this can be arranged at an additional charge. If you have booked accommodation for more than 10 nights or more you have a weekly sheet/towel change and clean.
Each flat has an established capacity that must be respected, we have cots for the little ones (free of charge). Under no circumstances extra beds will be provided.
Hacienda Beach flats are located in a private urbanization, so we must respect some basic rules of coexistence, you will find them in your flat.
